Orders and contract
Your order is an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to availability and, for high-value acquisitions, to verification. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Prices are shown in your selected currency, include VAT where applicable, and are confirmed at checkout; delivery charges are shown before you pay.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by regulated payment providers; we never store your card details.
Delivery
All pieces are dispatched fully insured, with signature on delivery. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Your right to cancel (14 days)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive the goods. To do so, tell us in writing at [EMAIL] within that period. Return the piece within 14 days of telling us, unworn and in its original condition, with all packaging, papers and certificates; we arrange complimentary insured collection. We will refund you, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the goods back, using your original payment method. Bespoke, personalised or engraved pieces are excluded from this right of cancellation.

Authenticity
Every piece is independently authenticated before dispatch and is covered by our Authenticity Guarantee.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited by law.
